A joint initiative with the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), the DEI is a free benchmarking tool that provides an objective score and roadmap on disability inclusion policies and practices.

Disability Inclusion Webinars

Monthly, one-hour webinars are held for corporate partners to learn about disability inclusion best-practices from Disability:IN subject matter experts and industry peers. Recordings are accessible year- round.

Supplier Diversity

Disability:IN Supplier Diversity supports corporate partners’ disability supplier inclusion initiatives and manages Disability:IN’s national certification and development program for disability- owned and service disabled veteran- owned businesses. All partners gain access to the Supplier Hub.

NextGen Leaders Initiatives 

NextGen Leaders Initiatives matches college students and recent graduates with disabilities, including service- disabled veterans, with corporate partners to prepare for a meaningful career through mentorship, networking and recruiting opportunities. All partners gain access to the NextGen Leaders Resume Database.
Programs include Talent Accelerator and Mentorship Exchange.

Annual Conference
